Loose pipes/mixer valve in fiberglass shower.

The mixer valve in this fibreglass shower is loose, and this is what I found when I cut open the wall behind it. I was expecting to find something that I could attach blocking to so that I could secure the pipes, but there's nothing anywhere near them that would work. How can I stop them from moving?
