Drain Cleaning
Post Body

Here to ask a question from some helpful people. Recently (yesterday) had my main line clog up and water started spilling out from most home orifices. Called a company out to clean the drain. Guy came over and did the cleaning charged me for cleaning and said it was all good but if it happened again within the next six months to call back and get a camera down the pipe to see whats going on.

Fast forward to today, not even 24 hours after they cleaned the pipes and the same thing is happening. Called them back, expecting a heartfelt apology and service (I wasn't rude or anything, this is a local company and I figured they'd want service to be good). But was met with the statement "Drain cleaning isn't guaranteed and we are going to have to charge another emergency response fee to come out"

Am I getting screwed over or am I overreacting?
