Vesta water softener installed today. I was replacing a line from the hot water tank. I turned off the main water, and turned the water softener to bypass. I finished replacing the pipe for the hot water tank. Went to turn on the main water and by pass valves to the softener. After switching the softener from by pass, I noticed water on my fingers. Turned on the flash light and saw this. Should I be worried or is this normal because of the water pressure initially shooting into the system? Water was coming from the bottom of the red valve. I forgot to mention, only that much water came out but stopped. I dried it up and didn’t see anymore water coming from it. It seems to only happen when switching the valves to on and off.
