Last October I had my main drain unclogged by a professional, but it's showing signs of being clogged again. They said there were lots of roots in the drain. I really don't want to pay to have it unclogged every year as it's really expensive. I definitely can't afford to have the pipes replaced which is what I assume would fix it indefinitely. What can I do to unclog it myself? I tried a snake that attaches to a drill before I called the professionals last year, but it really didn't do anything. Thank you.
