Auto update overview on Shield

I use Plex on AppleTV and Shield, but cause of the lack of Atmos on AppleTV I need to use the Shield Pro. Though on the TV show overview, when I finish watching a TV show it does not update, and I have to unselect unwatched and select it again - this is not an issue on AppleTV as it updates right away when I finish watching an episode. Any fix for this?
