I am running the latest version of Plex on a 2019 Nvidia Shield Pro which is wired via Ethernet to my iMac which is running my Plex server.

After initially loading my library, once I start watching something after a while I get the spinning wheel icon which goes on indefinitely until I get the message "Error Loading Content - The content failed to load. This may be because your servers are unavailable or your internet connection is down. Check your connections and retry."

My internet is running fine, and whenever I click back I just get the spinning wheel which never resolves itself and then can't even re-load my library. I end up having to restart the app and then the same thing happens again after a few minutes.

According to my Ethernet connection I am getting 100mbs, and I've tried swapping between that and my wifi which is around 80mbs, but the same thing happens. Other apps on my Shield are opening and playing fine...

Any ideas anyone? It's getting really annoying now and to the point where I just can't ever seem to use Plex anymore..
