Continue a playlist???

Is there any way to be able to CONTINUE watching a playlist from a selected episode? When selecting a playlist you can start from the beginning or shuffle, but is there anyway to start deeper into the playlist and have it continue past the episode selected? I am asking specifically about video playlist. Am I missing something?
