New Android TV app design?

Anyone else seeing a rather dramatic change to the playing interface on Android TV?
Controls are bolder and simpler. No floating grey box, just a translucent fade on the bottom with the progress bar. Settings and playback menus are transparent and locked to the bottom rather than centered on the screen.
