Plex broken on Samsung devices!?

Hi guys! I’m keep seeing these crazy things on Samsung devices while playing content from my Plex server. I’ve got a DS918 which I’m using for a while now. Everything works fine, locally and remotely. But since a couple of days some (SAMSUNG) people can’t stream from their Samsung tablet or Samsung tv (see photo!) and these are 3 different users, 3 different clients, one is tablet and two are Samsung tv’s. They all have the same issue -> photo https://imgur.com/gallery/sgGT3hZ I’m running 1.18.1.1973 Remote is on CPU is fine HW is enabled Im out of options..
