Transfer content from PC to NAS (OFFLINE!)

Hi guys,
Maybe a dumb question,
but right now i'm transfer content from my PC to my NAS (plex server) DS918 through LAN network cable. So like homeshare etc.
The max speed i get is about /- 100 MiB/s. Now my question is, is it possible to connect my PC directly with my NAS. Or is arround 100 miB/s the max i can?
