Hi guys!

I'm out of options..I've got a Galaxy Tab A wich my mom use for Plex.Everything is working fine, but why on earth is the Tv-Show "Undercover" being transcode?I've tried everything but nothing works, what do i miss?The settings on the tablet are good- Remote streaming max (play smaller videos on originale quality)- Home streaming recommended ( videos will play at maximum quality)- Subtitles are .SRT

Why isnt he jumping on direct play? What means MKV -> MPEGTS.When I try another movie (2 fast 2 furious 20gb MKV) it jumps to direct play

If you guys need any more information, please let me know..I hate it when clients are transcoding, its a no go for me.Cheers!
