Plex chromecast Transcoding

Hi guys, Just wondering if anoyone has the same problem as i have. Everytime when i want to watch a tv show or movie with my plex app and chromecast, it starts transcoding. Verry anoying.. i saw this topic in the plex community. Does anyone know how or when this will be fixed?
Doesnt matter which kind of movie i watch, MP4/mkv etc it will always transcode when i use my chromecast . If i watch the same content on my iPhone X or Android phone it is play without transcoding.
Any tips or thoughts? Thanks!
