GOT transcode?

Hi Guys!
Got a small issue here.. I understand everything about transcode etc.But everytime when a user is playing a GOT episode is needs to transcode the audio? Unknown (AC3 5.1) AAC - Transcode.But when i play the same file on my Iphone it works like direct stream.. perfectly!My CPU is crying about the AAC Transcode (DS918 ).. are some settings wrong on his side of the client?See picture, left is Plex Web - Chrome.Right is IOS Plex app.
