Episode of TV show will not go away from "Recently Added"

As title states I have an episode of a TV show that will not go away like others do when they are watched. It is an episode around the middle of the entire series and is watched. I have tried marking it unwatched and rewatching it but nothing I have tried will get rid of it from "Recently Added". Any suggestions?
