After a recent major update to PMS I get "Shaka1001" about 60% of the time when an episode ends

Title states my issue. I have seen many other posts across the web but nothing has helped me resolve this. I tried the non-beta release on a few occasions and the error was even more rampant. NEVER had this issue occur ~6 months to a year ago and beyond.
Currently running PMS v1.11.0.4666 and I am a Plex Pass subscriber.
