Issues with Cleanarr on Unraid

I am looking for help on getting my cleanarr to run. I had it running at one point and did a clean up, but I went back months later and does not work
OS: Unraid, with Plex Docker, and Cleanarr Docker
When I open up cleanarr, I get this error:
Failed to load content!
HTTPConnectionPool(host='192.168.1.71', port=32400): Read timed out. (read timeout=30)
I attached 2 screen shots,
Any suggestions?
