Im not sure if this has been covered here yet but I can't seems to find any definitive answer. I know how to set up forced subs and I know how to set up full subs. My problem comes in when I want to run a movie that has forced subs that are not burned in and I choose to use the full subs as well.
The scenes where both sets of subs would apply tend to get messed up. They overlap or sometimes make it where neither set is actually readable.
My question is, is there a way to have forced subs but to have them automatically disabled if I choose to use the full subs on a movie. Sometimes I watch without subs but need the forced to translate foreign conversations. However, sometimes I have a need to watch with the full subs and would like them not to be in conflict.
Thanks for any help and understand if its not possible.
