Does any one else’s portal rumble this loud?

This is a replacement for my last faulty one (different issue) which sounded nothing like this, beginning to think this one is faulty too? It’s soooo loud when laid in bed at night!!
It sounds exactly the same no matter what setting the vibration intensity is set to apart from when it’s set to off then can’t hear a thing, but then what’s the point?
