Use hotstocks app to get a new PS portal. It works like a marvel for me. They alert you whenever there's stock in the stores for this product (and many more) and they even have an autobuy feature that helps you beat scalpers and putting you first in line once the stock is in. It buys the product for you all you have to do is pay the premium ($11 pero month) set it up right and it'll buy it for you. Just to clarify, alerts are free, autobuy is a premium feature. The app must be open for it to work.
