Problem: IRC channel has been abandoned, the Steam Group chat isn't being used, and neither is Mumble

It's 5:16pm EST and there are 456 people ingame and 1849 people online. This is good; it means RPD is fairly healthy, even if we all aren't playing today's PD game. Unfortunately, out of these people, only 13 are actually in the chat room talking about which games need players and actual matchmaking. I joined the Mumble server to see if there are any people in there... and nothing.
Please discuss possible solutions and also what I should eat for dinner.
