Hardcore Mecha players desperately needed.

My son and I are having a lot of fun with Hardcore Mecha on the PS4; however, to unlock all the mechs in split screen you must level up from playing the online multiplayer. . . that no one is playing.
Anyone want to meet up, play some smash bros with mechs, and help expand each others couch multiplayer experience?
