Logged in after a while and don't have items/money or Anahir

So I bought this game long ago when it released into early access. Played for a while, evolved a few Tems and logged in today after a long while. I open the game to find out I have no items in my bag, no in game currency and the Tem Anahir is missing from my PC. I can't even get Anahir back, I tried going to the Volcano but he isn't in the cage or anything.
Can anyone help me?
