New and need grinding tips

Hey guys.
Just started playing recently and I knew it was going to be amazing. Currently in the Myrisles, going to face Rawiri, and I need to train a better team to face it (fought him before and lost). I currently need to train and level up some water temtem to help me defeat him but I don't know where to do so.
Do you have any tips on grinding and which water temtem would be good against him (currently have Oceara, kalazu and spewki on my team to grind)
