What’s the best way to level up before the 2nd Dojo?

When I got to the Windward Fort, I lost to Lady Lottie a few times before actually winning with underleveled Tem. My one at-level Tem (Saku) managed to barely carry me through Sofia, and Max absolutely handed my ass to me before the Narwhal. I can tell what my problem is, and I don’t want to be underleveled for the second Dojo as well. What’s the best way / place to get levels?

If it helps, my team is on average level 22 and made up of Loali, Saku, Tuwai, Smazee, Umishi, and Genki.

I’m not against a grind, I just want to do it in the best way and place possible with the best Tems for the upcoming fights.
