Cant Join a certain User in Any multiplier Game

The issue has started around 8 to 9 months ago, my friend lost his account as it got hacked through email, the Account got blocked, and disappeared from the list of users, he called the PS support and got it solved, ever since we cant join each other at any multiplier game, ANY! We can join through med host and thats it but lately we bought Elden ring and now we are back to Square one as he must be the host and im tired of this issue! Please help
