Changed number and now i can’t log in because of Two-Step verification

This may sound crazy but im looking for some who’s capable of hacking into my account because ive tried several times through customer support and no help has been provided because i need the serial number of the ps in which my account was created which happened to be a ps3 that i sold back in 2017 so because of it they can’t help me out, ive got all info regarding my account, the email and access to said email as well as the password, the only problem is the fact that i switched numbers
