[PS3] Playstation 3 fan gets really fast/noisy while playing bluray movies

It's mostly fine playing games/music but when playing a bluray disk it spins at maximum speed. It never shuts down (the movie plays fine), but you can honestly barely hear the show over how noisy it is. I made a recording here: https://youtu.be/celRR8WEt9A
I've already vacuumed the dust out of it. I cleaned each blade of the fan with some ipa and a q-tip as well.
A while back I fixed an overheat issue (where it would shut down) by redoing the heatsink compound.
It's a model CECHK01.
