need help installing games

So I just got the ps5 and did the upgrade to premium. On the 4 it was simple to find the games from now and install them. But with the 5, all I'm seeing is that unless I choose streaming I can't see all the games in the regular catalog. Is this a bug, or I'd there some way around this?
