Unable to redeem ps plus because of an unidentified error that tells me to try again in a few moments.

I donāt know what to do, literally less than an hour ago my ps plus expired and I go to redeem it again and Iām getting an error over and over and over again saying āan unidentified error occurred. Try again in a few momentsā. I have tried resetting my payment method, Iāve reset my PS5, Iāve done everything I can think of to fix this and I canāt find a fix online. Does anyone know a fix for this?
