Error when trying to cancel subscription?

I have a problem, whenever I try to cancel my subscription, be it on the website on PC or PSN on console, I always get an error. No error number, no explanation, nothing. I tried restoring licences, logging in and out, nothing helped.
I would really appreciate some help. So far I've removed my paypal account from my accout so they can't charge me when my subscription expires.
