So, this morning I wanted to do two things: buy Horizon Zero Dawn and renew my PS plus since It was on offer. The thing is: since this morning the Institute of my credit card was having several problems with their servers and I couldn't approve the 2fa from Sony on my credit card app. I tried a lot of times because It took me a while to realize that It was my bank that was having problems and It wasn't anything related to Sony. Anyway After a while they fixed what was wrong with their servers and I was able to buy Horizon. I went then to renew my PS plus and here Is the thing: I authorize the 2fa correctly from my bank app but then on the PlayStation appears: " an unknown error has occurred" any idea on why? I Hypotize two things: a year ago I paid for my PS plus subscription with a credit card that expired this year ( in Italy we have this kind of cards with an expire date on), I replaced It with a new One but perhaps I had to pay the plus with the old One since they probably stored that data? Another thing I thought of Is this: since like i Said i had many problems buying Horizon due to my bank servers being idiots, could It be that Sony temporarily blocked my card? If so, do you know if they Will unlock It automathically After a while? I Hope you guys can help me and express your opinion, thank you
