Psnow Pc doesn't work

Apparently I finally got the famous bug.
It asked me to update the app, and I did it. And as soon as I tried to enter the app, it just starts an unending loop
I sent a bug report in the psnow forums, and tried to ask their livechat, but it doesn't work.
