** = TL;DR

I've started dating someone, and they have a really, really, REALLY bad stalker on PSN. A few of them, actually. She's very pretty, very sweet, and loves gaming. Those three are a perfect recipe for feeding the stalker gaslight.

Introduction over, now it's time to get to the heart of the problem--these guys (one in particular) have been sending her tens, if not sometimes hundreds of messages per day. She's tried everything outside of the law (mostly because the guys are out of state, and thus out of our local police's jurisdiction) and she can't seem to get them to stop messaging/bothering/harassing/annoying her. Only one or two are actually scary, but they scare ME with how they treat her, and I don't even see all of the messages.

Since the local police aren't an option (though they are located in the US), my scope of advice is limited in this particular situation. Reddit, I love this girl and just want her to feel safe and happy playing online, but she says since he has made, no exaggeration, hundreds of accounts to talk to her and stalk her, that reporting him does next to nothing.

**TL;DR** Is there any section of Sony, or PSN support that I can message and try and get this guys' account blocked, via IP, from ever talking to her? Or is there any way for her to change her account name so he can't reach her? The main problem is she's spent hundreds, if not more, on Overwatch memorabilia, games, etc, and she doesn't want to have to rebuy all of that (nor should she IMO). I really want to get this issue put to rest, but I don't know what to do/say to help her. I'm a PC only gamer (not PC Master Race, just grew up on PC) and I have NO idea what the ecosystem is like on PSN or in any sony products since the PS3 really. I want to help this woman so badly, I don't want her to feel harried, stalked, or anything like that, ever, but I have hit a wall in the advice I can give.

Please, reddit, help. You may be our only hope.
