Alright so I'm sure this has been answered many times but I can't really find a definite answer. I've only been playing a couple of days, sorry to all the veteran players sick of new people and their questions. I did the tutorial mission too and am still unsure.
So Typhon uses chill damage. I see that his shield throw inflicts chill damage. But he also has a passive 10% to inflict chill? Does that mean his light/heavy attacks have a chance to cause the ailment regardless?
