[Bug] i can't progress because a prompt won't appear

On the mission "On A Rescue Mission", after Rocket cries about a bar he used to go to that got destroyed, I'm supposed to push a door to the side and a circle appears as if I'm supposed to do something but no button prompt appears and there's no way for me to progress forward.
Closing the game and reloading saves doesn't fix it.
