Played the game when it first came out and got pretty far, but never reached the end. Decided to get back to it and I chose to start over from the beginning.

I'm noticing that I've retained all the collectibles that I found during my first playthrough, including the ones that have a home in the crew's quarters on the ship. The first time I found them, they triggered conversations between Peter and the other Guardians when I would interact with them on the Milano. Some of those were really cool and interesting. So far I haven't been able to trigger any during this playthrough. Do those not reset? Do I need to delete all of my save data entirely?
