Lore Hoarder Trophy Force Pop?

I completely deleted my old saved where the lore hoarder trophy glitched, started a brand new game/save, went through the story getting all items and archives but still no trophy. I interacted with the items as soon as I retuned to the ship but no pop. Started NG and interacted with the items before landing in the quarantine zone but no dialogue would appear when interacting with the items. Do I have to get to chapter 3? Iām so frustrated
