So I completed the Red Room meta objective today and noticed that, while most heroes got the superior exotics, my Kate randomly did not. I had a 154 melee piece and then she just got another 154 melee piece from the meta objective. Oddly enough something strange happened with her during Rooskaya protocols where she had a 152 ranged piece and got a 153 ranged piece (instead of a 154) from her objective.

Going back (because I was keeping track of these for a few reasons), I also realized that my Ms. Marvel also got 1 piece that was same PL instead of superior during Rooskaya Protocols (the other 3 pieces were all superior).

Anyone else encountered bugs like this during any of these events?

And just to clarify, I am only referring to the rewards from the objectives that were indeed supposed to give superior exotics.
