From the patch notes:

• All Targeted Perks will now work while Captain America’s Brooklyn Brawler is active.

I thought this was gonna mean that we can now activate Faultless/Targeted Jarvis Barrier Tachyon Surge perks during Brooklyn Brawler now, but I just tried it out in the custom HARM room and it seems we STILL can't activate these perks during Brooklyn Brawler (I assume this means we also still can't activate them during Ms. Marvel's Embiggen).

So...exactly what Targeted perks were they referring to with this note? Were there more generic Targeted perks that also didn't work during Brooklyn Brawler, but work now? Or is the note just 100% false?

Edit: Just to clarify, because I keep seeing people bring up Faultless Buff and Targeted Buff, this post is NOT about these perks. They have been working fine before and after the patch. This post is specifically about the below perks:

• Faultless Jarvis Barrier
• Faultless Tachyon Surge
  • Both perks found on melee gear and can activate on melee crits (formerly used the prefix Brazen instead of Faultless)
• Targeted Jarvis Barrier
• Targeted Tachyon Surge
  • Both perks found on ranged gear and can activate on ranged crits
