Surge Set Gear (from Red Room Takeover) Perks

Hey guys. Has anyone gotten Melee/Ranged tachyon gear from the Red Room objectives that have buffs on them? I've seen one Heroic piece that had "x% chance killing enemies grants a damage buff" but for Melee/Ranged pieces, I've only been seeing them have status perks in the first two slots with tachyon surge in the third. Trying to see if I can get a Ranged one with Proficient/Targeted Buff to drop, but don't want to waste time if it has no chance of having one of those.
