Been save scumming the mega Hive rewards trying to get a double precision Bullet Breaker artifact for Winter Soldier, but then I started to wonder if that extra 10-12% bullet damage makes up for the 57ish precision I'd lose by not using a triple precision ISO.

Tried testing the damage using a 0 precision Bullet Breaker artifact vs. an artifact with 56 precision and it seems like the damage is actually slightly lower when using Bullet Breaker. Wondering if anyone else has tried out the artifact and had similar findings.

Also, mostly unrelated, but has anyone else noticed that stats do NOT go up at all when upgrading the legendary artifact? I know they said stat growth was poor, but I still expected SOME stat growth. Upgrading from 140 to 158, the stats on it didn't increase at all for me.
