i had my lips done, a little bit more than a week ago. i started to massage them, but it now feels very weird, like some air bubble is in there or i can feel the filler moving, has somebody had something similar ?

I had the exact same thing! Not sure what it is, but it went away eventually. I would still reach out to your Nurse Practitioner/Injector.
