Hi! I had chin lipo two weeks ago and the good majority of bruising and swelling has gone away completely. My incision site is almost completely healed with just a small scab over it. I remained totally sedentary for the first 10 days, but this week I returned to walking my dog for about an hour a day. I really miss doing pilates and (light) weight lifting and I don't feel great when I'm not sticking to my fitness routine. My surgeon recommended abstaining from exercise for 6 weeks, but that honestly seems excessive to me when I pretty much feel completely fine.
I don't go *super hard* in the gym and my routine typically doesn't include a lot of running, jumping, high-impact stuff. Has anyone with chin lipo gone back to exercise a bit earlier than this?
