Upper Blepharoplasty to increase lid space?

I don’t have hooded eyes or have excess skin but love how my eyes look whenever my lids get puffy in the morning lol. Is it possible to increase lid space a little with an upper bleph w/o having the excess skin that usually makes someone a good candidate?
