uneven sides after tummy tuck / abdominoplasty - Anyone else have this?

Hallo!
I had a tummy tuck almost 4 weeks ago and im healing well. Im concerned though about how one side of my waist now looks uneven. I was always hour glassy no matter what size i was and now my right side is still that way but my left is definitely more plank-ish / straight-down looking.
Has anyone else has this issue please? Any advise appreciated. i am worried about this asymmetry now after everything ive gone through
