back pain and breast implants

so i had large breast implants done august of 2022 (560ccs, over the muscle) and i have this upper back/neck pain that is on and off. i also work a job where im on my feet for 12 hours which obviously makes it worse.. ive had custom orthotics made which has helped alot for sure, do you think that working out and strengthening my chest and back muscles will help the pain over time? or any other suggestions (other than implant removal)? thanks!
