Cool sculpting

I recently went in for cool sculpting and they said I was to lean. I have a bit of subcutaneous body fat at the lower abdomen but they said it was just skin. They then offered the "emsculpt" . "It's like doing 20000 sit ups in 30 minutes". For the leaner people out there any success with emsculpt? I don't feel like dropping that kind of money on temporary results is worth it.
