Is there a surgeon anywhere in the world that does more experimental procedures or is thing??

I desperately want my skin tighten and volume increased in my breast but I don’t necessarily want them to be reduced.

I’ve searched and reviewed so many breast reductions and respectfully I’m not a fan 😭 mostly because my nipples can’t be left where they are. I don’t want my nipples to be at teen height or “aesthetically normal” position personally, I’m a grown woman with heavy boobs and my big nips point slightly downward and I like it!

I like the natural look, I just want a little more volume and tightening after reaching my goal weight.
