I let my tank go...its in a sad state

Hey all looking for so advice...I've a 30 gal bowed tank that is currently in a sad ...sad state....I'd like an amazing planted tank like I've seen posted here i would Ideally like to keep the tank but at this point I'm frustrated enough that I might be open to getting rid of it as well. Any books or videos anyone can suggest on how to get an amazing looking tank together?
