Some background on what I am thinking of creating:

• 10 gallon tank
• 1 Betta Fish
• Possibly some snails that should get along with the Betta
• Low-tech (no CO2)
• Weeping/Flame/Christmas/Java moss
• Possible other plants: Pellia, bolbitis difformis, Apongeton, Hygrophilia, Water Lily, Brazilian Pennywort
• Powder/Liquid Fert and a soil substrate like ADA Aquasoil

I have a couple questions:

1.) Is there automatic feeders that can feed a single Betta fish long enough?

2.) Would water changes be necessary for this type of set up within this time window?
